Look at the previous pick for further information!
It´s a mainstream opinion that friendly matches are full of goals and attacking moments. However, i don´t believe we will see this in todays game.
Rubin is probably the best defending team in Russia, and maybe also in top 10 in Europe. We have seen how even mighty Barcelona had troubles scoring against them. Yes, Lillestrøm scored 56 goals in 30 games in the Norwegian league last season, however, the Norwegian league is famous for their many goals. Rubin takes the preparations seriously, and they will try to get used to the tactics they will use against Twente. I simply cannot see Lillestrøm scoring a goal here. And then again, Rubin has to score 3 goals for this bet to lose. That i don´t believe will happen neither. The team has been lacking quality in their attack after the departure of Bukharov, and now they have also lost Obafemi Martins. They are searching for a forward, but haven´t found one yet. I see this game end with a comfortable 1-0 or 2-0 win for Rubin.

I will make it short.
In a "real" game between these two teams Rubin would have been big favourites, however, this is a friendly where everything can happen. Still this big odds is not correct. Rubin are taking this game seriously, as they are preparing for their Europa League games against Twente. The game takes place in La Manga, Spain, and Rubin are able to field their best team. A part from other russian teams, they have only had 3 players playing for their national team these couple of days. Another reason that Rubin takes this match seriously is that the game was supposed to be broadcasted on Norwegian television, however, Rubin has prohibited anybody from filming the game, so it would be played in full privacy.
Lillestrøm is a mediocre team in Norway as far as i know, and furthermore for this game they have their important midfielder Esben Søgaard injured, and he is being replaced by Hassane Dosso who played last year in the second best league in Norway.
This is a friendly and anything can happen, however, Rubin is taking their preparations seriously, and can pretty much field their strongest team, so this odds is way to high. Playable down to 1.80 i would say.

Russian 1st Division
A quick analysis for this game as it is time for bed.
Mordovia are currently 9th in the standings, only 2 places above Volgar, however, with a victory today, they could find themselves within 5 points from the top 3. Mordovia will really look to finish this season off as good as possible! They defense have been improved a lot since they have gotten Maksim Budnikov back. The team usually scores a lot of goals, and even though their forward Sesuev with 5 goals so far is out, they still have even more dangerous players in Panchenko and the Muhametsin brothers. Mordovia´s first keeper Datchenko is out for this match, however, the 22-year old replacement should be a pretty decent keeper himself.
Volgar are pretty much in no-mans land, away from relegation and promotion. Today will be their THIRD AWAY GAME IN 6 DAYS!. This is tough, especially with the distances that can occur in Russia. Though they managed to get a goalless draw from one of the best homefields in the 1st division in Nizhny Novgorod last saturday, they should not have that much power in their legs today against Mordovia.
Mordovia is in my opinion a better team, with a hell lot of more motivation, and i really see them seizing the moment and climbing up in the table with a victory today!
